Furniture to be packed as they were received when returning back. 

If you discover damage on the sofa on day of delivery you can keep the sofa until replacements is arranged please allow us 5 working days No extra charges apply for replacements.

Pictures of damaged goods to be taken on delivery for proof  if any disputes on receiving goods.

If item is returned due to not liking then a full return fee is to be paid flat rate £65
